EARLY HEAD START & HEAD START
Federally Funded
Services provided for toddlers and preschoolers from low-income families.
The program's purpose is to provide educational opportunities for children to develop skills necessary for school readiness, to support children’s physical, social-emotional and cognitive development.
The programs assist families with information on parenting skills and help parents move towards self-sufficiency.

Head Start preschool services are provided to children in a classroom setting (center-based).

Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
