Available to: children ages 0 to 8 years
Services Provided: To help young children, and families recover and heal after a traumatic event, by providing Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CCP). This specialized therapy addresses emotional and behavioral concerns in infants, toddlers, preschoolers and older. Addresses disruptions in the child’s relationships.  Disruptions that may have been caused by violence, maltreatment, difficult medical procedures.
This approach focuses on the quality of the caregiver/child relationship to help the caregiver understand. the child better, and, to also help the child heal in a safe and secure relationship with their caregiver.
