At SHEO: Socorroans Helping Each Other we focus on providing financial assistance in paying for utilities, rent assistance for seniors in housing, and financial budgeting. Last year SHEO paid approximately $9000 out in utility assistance for our community, helping numbers of residents find jobs, and created budgets and spoke about money management to over 140 families. We believe this program will inspire and give guidance to families trying to move from poverty to prosperity.
