We are a family owned and operated business based in Socorro New Mexico providing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to clients throughout Socorro and Catron counties to wherever their appointment may be located. We provide round trip transportation to Non-Emergency Medical appointments. Select this box to see more information on our services and insurance carriers we support.
We have contracts with all 4 Medicaid MCOs: Presbyterian, Blue Cross, United Health Care and Molina as well as exempt clients. For all four MCOs, clients should call their insurance at least 48 hours before their appointment, a week or more notice is better. Below are the contact numbers for the four MCOs. Exempt clients should call our office at 575-835-8926.
We have a contract with the New Mexico Veterans Affairs department to provide transportation for veterans to their VA approved medical appointments. Clients should call the Veterans Affairs Rural Transportation Program at least 48 hours before their appointment and no more than one month in advance. Below is the contact information for the High Rural Transportation Program: Veterans Affairs Transportation: 505-429-5906

In general, Medicare in New Mexico does not cover transportation costs. Some supplemental plans may cover transportation costs. You would need to contact your Medicare insurance provider to find out.  The New Mexico Area Agency on Aging (NMAA) has a volunteer program that can provide non-emergency medical transportation to Socorro and Catron county residents, clients should call 505-356-9791 for more information
Typically insurance does not cover non-emergency medical transportation. Clients would need to contact their medicare insurance provider to find out if their particular plan covers transportation
