We accept other plans on an out-of-network basis if there is coverage through your insurance plan. We provide a self-pay sliding fee scale for those that have no insurance or are underinsured. We also can provide coverage for certain services by state indigent funding for those who do not have any insurance coverage, have no ability to pay, and meet eligibility criteria for specialty behavioral health services we provide.
We do NOT accept United Healthcare, OptumHealth, or any of its affiliate insurance companies.
Services Details
We serve adults, children, adolescents, and families. The children we serve are between ages 5 and 21 with or at-risk of behavioral health disorders (SED/NBD/COD) in all the locations and surrounding communities we serve. We also serve adults with or at-risk of severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and co-occurring disorders (COD) in all our service areas except Santa Fe County.
We specialize in providing services in home, school, and community-based settings while collaborating with multiple agencies and systems, including, but not limited to; health care facilities, social services agencies, government entities like Children Youth and Families Department and Adult Protective Services Division, school districts, aftercare programs like the YMCA, child-serving agencies, and faith-based organizations.
